	3.	Sauté onion in oil, add Beyond Meat, then diced tomato + Sazon. Cook 2 more min.
	4.	Fill pastry rectangles, fold + seal edges.
	5.	Mix sugar + water and brush on top.
	6.	Bake 25–30 min until golden + flaky.

• 4 vegan hot dogs, sliced (we love Lightlife or Simple Truth)
• 1 pack Goya sazon con azafran
or
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp cumin
• ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions:
1. Add everything to your rice cooker, stir, and cook on the white rice setting. 
2. Fluff when done & enjoy warm! 🌭🍚✨
