For our appetizer, we started with the Crab Fries. We were expecting vegan crab sticks, but instead, we got perfectly crispy potato fries topped with jackfruit “crab” and a drizzle of garlic aioli. While it wasn’t what we anticipated, it was absolutely delicious! The portion was enormous—definitely more than two people could finish. We also tried the Tofu Satay, which featured skewered and fried tofu slices paired with a creamy cashew satay sauce.

For the main course, my husband ordered the Juicy Marbles steak with a side of salad and fries. I have to say—WOW. That steak was hands down the closest thing I’ve had to real beef. Impossible and Beyond don’t even come close to the flavor and texture Juicy Marbles delivers.

I opted for the Seasonal Gnocchi, a flavorful dish featuring pillowy gnocchi tossed with leek basil pesto, heirloom tomatoes, and walnut parmesan. It was divine! The portion was generous, and I ended up taking half of it home because I was already full.
