🌰 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked)
🧄 1 garlic clove
🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
🧂 1/4 tsp salt
🧅 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
💧 1–2 tbsp water
✨ 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
🥑 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Drain & rinse cashews.

4. Stir in black bean sauce, fluff & serve warm.

You’ll need:
– 1 lb pasta (I used angel hair)
– Pinch of salt
Sauce:
– 1 cup raw cashews (soaked 5 mins in hot water)
– 200 ml veggie broth
– ½ yellow onion, diced
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
– Pinches of: salt, black pepper, paprika, chili flakes, cayenne

To make:
1️⃣ Cook pasta as usual.
2️⃣ In a pan, simmer onion in veggie broth until mostly evaporated.
3️⃣ Blend soaked cashews, sautéed onion, garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast & seasonings until creamy.
4️⃣ Mix sauce into drained pasta.

Instructions:
1️⃣ Press tofu 10–15 min, then shred with a grater or by hand.
2️⃣ Mix marinade: soy sauce, nooch, spices, lime.
3️⃣ Coat tofu well.
4️⃣ Heat oil in skillet, cook tofu 5–7 min until crispy & golden.

🧂 Salt to taste

Steps:

1. Boil diced potatoes until soft, then drain.
2. Heat Beyond Steak with ½ cup water for 5–10 min.
3. Sauté diced onion + shredded carrot in oil.
4. Add broth + tomato sauce to veggies, stir well.
5. Add potatoes + steak, simmer a few min.
6. Season to taste + enjoy solo or with crusty bread!

How to make them:
	1.	Thaw frozen ingredients + preheat oven to 400°F.
	2.	Cut pastry into 8 rectangles, roll each out slightly.
	3.	Sauté onion in oil, add Beyond Meat, then diced tomato + Sazon. Cook 2 more min.
	4.	Fill pastry rectangles, fold + seal edges.
	5.	Mix sugar + water and brush on top.
	6.	Bake 25–30 min until golden + flaky.

• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp oil
• 4 vegan hot dogs, sliced (we love Lightlife or Simple Truth)
• 1 pack Goya sazon con azafran
or
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp cumin
• ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions:
1. Add everything to your rice cooker, stir, and cook on the white rice setting. 
2. Fluff when done & enjoy warm! 🌭🍚✨

This one’s a comfort food must-try — rich, creamy, and totally dairy-free 💛

👇 Recipe

You’ll need:
– 1 lb pasta (I used angel hair)
– Pinch of salt
Sauce:
– 1 cup raw cashews (soaked 5 mins in hot water)
– 200 ml veggie broth
– ½ yellow onion, diced
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
– Pinches of: salt, black pepper, paprika, chili flakes, cayenne

To make:
1️⃣ Cook pasta as usual.
2️⃣ In a pan, simmer onion in veggie broth until mostly evaporated.
3️⃣ Blend soaked cashews, sautéed onion, garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast & seasonings until creamy.
4️⃣ Mix sauce into drained pasta.
