Ingredients
  

  • 1 block firm tofu pressed to remove water
  • 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the tofu into 0.5 cm (about ¼ inch) thick slices.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the tofu slices in a single layer.
  • Lightly sprinkle the slices with salt, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Generously dust with garlic powder, onion powder, and nutritional yeast.
  • Drizzle a bit of olive or avocado oil over the slices for added crispiness.
  • Bake for 15–17 minutes, or until the edges are golden and slightly crispy.
