- 1 block firm tofu pressed to remove water
- 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the tofu into 0.5 cm (about ¼ inch) thick slices.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the tofu slices in a single layer.
Lightly sprinkle the slices with salt, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
