- 30 grams rolled oats
- 10 grams chia seeds
- 10 grams coconut flakes
- 100 ml almond milk unsweetened
- 1 packet stevia
- dark chocolate unsweetened
Add 30g of rolled oats, 10g of chia seeds, and 10g of coconut flakes to a bowl.
Pour in a bit of hot water, enough to cover the oats. Cover the bowl with a plate and let sit for 10 minutes.
The oats and chia seeds should have absorbed the water by now. Add a splash of unsweetened almond milk and 1 packet of stevia and mix.
Sprinkle shredded chocolate on top. Bon appetit!
