  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt coconut or almond-based works well
  • ½ cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup optional, for sweetness

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the Clusters: In a bowl, mix the yogurt, diced strawberries, and maple syrup.

  • Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave or double boiler, melt the chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  • Coat the Clusters: Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Place back on the parchment-lined tray.
  • Final Freeze: Sprinkle with sea salt if using and freeze for another 15-20 minutes until set.
  • Enjoy! Store in the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before eating for the best texture.
