Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds hulled, unsalted
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender.
  • Pulse until you achieve a fine, crumbly texture similar to grated Parmesan. Avoid over-blending to prevent it from turning into a paste.
