Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 small cucumbers
  • 1-2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • A pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Slice cucumbers thinly and place in a bowl.
  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped garlic, salt, and sesame seeds.
  • If using, add rice vinegar and maple syrup for a more balanced flavor.
  • Toss everything together and serve immediately, or chill for 10–15 minutes for best flavor.
