  • red chili flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread slices in a toaster or toaster oven until golden and crisp.
  • Slice the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  • Add the diced cherry tomatoes, red onion, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado. For extra flavor, mix in a pinch of red chili flakes and a drizzle of olive oil. Stir until well combined.
