- 4-5 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 white onion diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin wedges or rounds.
Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
