Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams silken tofu
  • 100 grams oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 175-200 ml almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender, blend for 5-10 seconds.
    The consistency should be thick, but still pourable. Add more water/milk if the batter is too thick.
  • Fry on a pan on medium heat with a little avocado or coconut oil.

Toppings

  • Top with unsweetened almond yogurt and fresh fruits.
