Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees or according to instructions. Spread the frozen tater tots in one layer on the air fryer tray. Once the air-fryer is ready, place the tater tots inside and cook for 17 minutes or according to instructions.
When there are 5 min left for the tater tots, preheat the pan and place the frozen breakfast patties on the pan (with a drop of oil or without oil). Cook on both sides and crumble them, or keep whole if you prefer to do so, and set aside on a plate until everything else is cooked)
Once the patties are cooked, add the Just Egg or tofu scramble and mix. Add the tater tots and crush them to mix them in with the rest of the scramble. Add the shredded cheese and mix again.
Garnish and Serve
Slice some green onions and sprinkle on top. Add microgreens for a boost of nutrients. Serve hot!
