Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp plant milk (I use almond milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak dates in warm water for 10–15 minutes if they’re not soft (drain the water)
  • Blend in a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
