  • 1 pound Beyond Meat ground thawed
  • Half white cabbage
  • 1 medium white onion

  • Prep the Ingredients
    Slice the cabbage: Cut off half the cabbage, place it flat on a cutting board, and slice it thinly.
    Dice the onion into small pieces.
  • Start Cooking
    Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add oil if needed.
    Sauté the onion until golden and fragrant.
  • Add the Beyond Meat
    Add the Beyond Meat ground to the pot. Stir and cook until it browns and forms a golden crust.
  • Incorporate the Cabbage
    Gradually add the sliced cabbage to the pot. Stir to combine.
    As the cabbage cooks, it will shrink and absorb the flavors.
  • Simmer
    Let the mixture cook for 7–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and well-incorporated.
  • Serve and Enjoy

Notes

  • No additional seasoning is required; Beyond Meat is already seasoned to perfection.
  • For an oil-free version, sauté the onion in a splash of water or broth instead of oil.
