  • 1 large ripe mango or 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or any unsweetened plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or oat/almond milk for a lighter version
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom adds a floral, authentic flavor
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice optional, for a tangy twist
  • Ice cubes optional, for a chilled version
  • Fresh mint leaves optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the mango: Peel and cube the mango, removing the pit.
  • Blend: Add mango, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, maple syrup, cardamom, and lime juice (if using) into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency: If you prefer a thinner lassi, add more coconut milk. For a thicker texture, use less liquid.
  • Chill & serve: Pour into glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
