- 1 large ripe mango or 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or any unsweetened plant-based yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or oat/almond milk for a lighter version
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave optional, for extra sweetness
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom adds a floral, authentic flavor

Prepare the mango: Peel and cube the mango, removing the pit.
